About the function
Circle Fit Lelystad is looking for enthusiastic location staff for 12 hours a week! Are you energetic, customer-friendly, and do you have an affinity for fitness? Then we are looking for you! Both enthusiastic starters and more experienced staff are warmly welcome. You do not need to have experience in the industry yet, we offer internal training so you can get started well even without experience.
Your role as a point of contact for our members
The clubs of Circle Fit are small-scale, modern, and basically unmanned. During a number of hours each week, there are hostesses / hosts (HUB Assistants) active who assist our members and answer questions related to the automated onboarding process.
During your shift, you also ensure that the club looks neat and fresh so that members can enjoy their exercise here. You work independently, see where the work is and pick it up immediately. With your helpful attitude and enthusiasm, you know how to motivate members to return and try new training programs. This way, you help them achieve their sporting goals.

This is what you can expect from us:
A good starting salary of €14.06 per hour (from 21 years old)
20 vacation days per year (based on 40 hours)
