About the function
Circle Fit Kalmthout is looking for enthusiastic location staff for 12 hours per week! Are you energetic, customer-friendly, and have an affinity for fitness? Then we are looking for you! Both enthusiastic starters and more experienced staff are very welcome. You do not need to have experience in the industry yet, we provide internal training so you can get off to a good start even without experience.
Your role as a point of contact for our members
The clubs of Circle Fit are small-scale, modern, and primarily unmanned. During certain hours of the week, there are hostesses/hosts (HUB Assistants) active who assist our members and answer questions regarding the automated onboarding process.
During your shift, you also ensure that the club looks neat and fresh, and that members enjoy working out here. You work independently, see where the work lies, and tackle it immediately. With your helpful attitude and enthusiasm, you manage to motivate members to return and try out new training programs. This way, you help them achieve their sporting goals.

This is what you can expect from us:
A good starting salary of €14.06 per hour (from 21 years old)
20 vacation days per year (based on 40 hours)
